Input Capacity 10 TPH Chicken Manure Drying Plant was shipped for DRC Africa

Good News: One set of Input Capacity 10 TPH Chicken Manure Drying Plant has been shipped successfully for DRC Africa in November.

The total length of chicken manure dryer is 16m, in order to load it into 40 feet containers, the dryer drum is divided into 2 parts, one part is 11m, the other part is 5m. 

Part A of Chicken Manure Dryer is loaded into 40 feet container. When installation, the client can use bolts by flanges to connect these two parts together easily.

The clients is to use diesel as fuel, and it is one good choice which can supply enough and stable heat for the chicken manure drying system. Sunco Machinery delivered one set of Riello Brand Diesel Burner RL250 accordingly.

Chicken Manure Dryer is to use high temperature flue gas to heat and dry the wet poultry manure continuously and quickly, usually the input temperature of hot air is up to about 400 centigrades, then within about 20-25 minutes, the moisture content of manure can be reduced to be less than 15%.

As it is high temperature drying mode, thus when the dried manure leave the dryer drum, the dried manure still is rather hot, and its temperature is up to about 75-80 centigrades, and it is not suitable to be packed into bags directly.

In order to save the cooling time of hot dried manure, Sunco Machinery supply one set of rotary cooling drum as follows:

Rotary Cooling Drum is to use cool ambient air to blow and cool down the hot dried manure, and after the manure leaves the rotary cooling drum, the temperature of the dried manure will be similar as the ambient temperature.

Finally to pack the dried manure into 25 kgs bags, then it is suitable for long term storage and easy transportation.
