Processing Capacity 3t/h Wood Shavings Drying System

Processing Capacity 3 t/h wood shavings drying system can deal with intial moisture content 50-60% wood shavings, after being dried, the moisture content can be reduced to be about 15% or as need. This 3 t/h wood shavings drying system can get 1.5-1.8 ton dried wood chips per hour. 

For intial moisture content 50-60% with bulk density 60kg/m3, output moisture content about 15%, This 3 t/h wood shavings drying plant can dry 3000kg wet sawdust per hour. After being dried, the moisture content of the wood shavings can be less than 15%.

This 3 t/h wood shavings drying system is to use high temperature hot air to heat and dry wet wood shavings, and the fuel is waste wood which is cheap fuel.

During the drying process, this 3 t/h wood shaivngs dryer plant sucessfully solve the dust pollution problem, and the dust emission can be less than 150 mg/m3.
