Working Principle of Poultry Manure Dryer Machine

Poultry manure dryer machine also is called Chicken manure dryer, and it is specially designed for drying high humidity chicken manure quickly. It Adopts high temperature drying mode, not only can get rid of water from wet manure quickly, but also the harmful bacterials is killed in the high temperature drying process.

Working Principle of Poultry Manure Dryer Machine is as follows:

>>> Hot air furnace supply the hot air for the chicken manure dryer.

>>> Screw Conveyor sends the wet manure into the drum of the chicken manure dryer. 

>>> On the inner wall of the drum of the chicken manure dryer, there are many guide plate and lifting plates welded. These guide plate and lifting plates makes the wet manure up and down, and moves forward inside the drum of the chicken manure dryer.  During this process, the wet manure is mixed with the hot air sufficiently. As the wet manure is heated by the hot air, the moisture of the wet manure is evaporated into water vapor. The dried manure goes out of the dryer through the outlet.

>>> At the end of the chicken manure dryer system, there is one high pressure draft fan. Under the function of the high pressure draft fan, the dust and water vapor goes out of the dryer drum, then through the air duct tube, the dust and water vapor goes into the cyclone dust collector. 

>>> In the cyclone dust collector, the dust is separated from the water vapor, and goes out through the bottom of the cyclone dust collector. The water vapor leave the cyclone dust collector through the top air duct tube, and then goes through the high pressure draft fan, and finally goes into the deodorization tower. 

>>>The water vapor goes into the deodorization tower through the lower end, and moves to the top of the deodorization tower quickly. 

The water pump sends the water into the deodorization tower through its top quickly. And then the water falls down quickly, and meets the water vapor which is moving up quickly from the lower end of the deodorization tower. As the water vapor meets the water very quickly, and then it generates waterfall. Most of the odor in the water vapor is got rid of in the waterfall.

Finally the clean water vapor goes out through the top of the deodorization tower, and then goes into the atmosphere.  The dirty water falls down, and then goes into the settling pool of the recycling water pool. In the settling pool, the dirty thing subsides to the bottom of the settling pool. The clean water is on the top of the setting pool.

Besides the settling pool, there is one clean water pool. Between the settling pool and the clean water pool, there is one connecting hole. The clean water in the settling pool goes into the clean water pool. 

Then the clean water is transported into the top of the deodorization tower by the water pump and water pipe again, and the water is recycled again.
