Small River Sand Drying Plant

Small River Sand Drying Plant is used for the application of removing certain amount of humidity from the material. 

Small River Sand dryer is mainly applied to drying river sand, dry-mixed mortar, yellow sand, cement clinker, etc, widely used in building materials, chemical industry, casting industry and other industries.

Small River sand drying plant consist of Feeding hopper, Belt Conveyor, River Sand Dryer, Hot Air furnace and burner, draft fan, cyclone, air duct, electric control panel, etc.

Sunco Machinery will calculate and design the River Sand Drying Plant according to the customers' actual situation, and every hour it can process and dry 3-10 tons wet sand.

You pls supply the necessary information as follows:

1. Initial Moisture Content (%) of the wet sand

2. Output Moisture Content of the dried sand needed.

3. Input Capacity (ton per hour) 

4. Prefered fuel choice such as coal, diesel, natural gas

5. Other special requirements if have.
