Sand drying machine brief introduction:

Sand drying machine is kown as the rotating cylinder drying machine which is a kind of material processing dryer. Sand Drying Machine has the features of reliable running, flexible operation, strong adaptability, large processing quantity. 

Rotating cylinder drying machine is generally suitable for granular material. Especially for the drying of sand, rotating cylinder drying machine has excellent drying effect. Rotating cylinder drying machine has the advantages of large capacity, wide application range, small flow resistance, the operation allowed to fluctuate over a wider range, convenient operation and so on. Commonly sand drying machine is used in the drying of river sand, artificial sand, quartz sand, slag, slag and so on.

Especially for drying silica sand, the people usually call it silica sand dryer, or quartz sand dryer, etc.

Sand drying machine structure:

Sand drying machine is mainly composed of: 

1. cylinder; 2. front roller ring; 3. after roller ring  4. gear; 5.roller; 6. drag roller; 7. small gear; 8. the discharging part; 9. the lifting plate; 10.reducer, 11. motor; 12. hot air, 13. feed chute; 14. a furnace body and other components, and can be based on user needs to design gas furnace, the combustion chamber or the elevator, conveyor belt, quantitative feeder, cyclone dust collector, a draught fan.

Silica Sand drying machine working principle:

Sand from the belt conveyor or bucket elevator to the hopper, and then through the hopper feeder feeding through the feeding pipe into the sand drying machine. The feeding pipe inclination angle is greater than the natural materials, so that the smooth flow of material within the dryer. Dryer cylinder is a horizontal rotating cylinder slightly into the slope. Material from the higher end of the join, heat carrier by the low-end entry, and materials into countercurrent contact with a heat carrier, and the material together and flow into the cylinder. With the rotating cylinder materials run by gravity to a bottom end. For further reduction of exhaust gas dust content, but also through the bag dust collector and wet dust emissions after the release.
